All we had to do was force the undocumented to become documented—the process they use at the border would’ve determined if they met the criteria to stay & if not then humanely deport them—but no, they just rounding up everyone in unkind ways—creating & radicalizing fear & hate

Saw sun was shining & was “only” 1 degree windchill out vs the -30 to -40 🤪 expected tonight so went out to put air in a couple tires, fill up with gas & visit 1 of the pantries—Thankfully main streets were cleared too but my toes are freezing 🥶I hate this weather

I spent the morning at the San Antonio immigration court. It’s out of control.

Crawling with ICE - arresting legal immigrants showing up for court appearances.

I asked one officer who they are prioritizing. His answer: everyone.

I need to share with you what I saw.

This is not a rational person. And this is deeply disturbing coming from an American President. NATO is not our enemy—they are unequivocally our closest friends and allies.

At this point, how can you not call into question the mental fitness of this President?

Now we are under a blizzard warning 🥶 not because we are getting much snow but because if these don’t work high winds. I’m hoping to feel well enough to make a to do list & accomplish a few things on it.

Senator Thinks Trump Is Literally 'Insane': 'He Is a Madman'

"I’ve been very clear. He is a madman. He is insane. He’s only thinking about himself...The man is threatening war against a NATO ally...None of this is rational. Everyone needs to stop pretending this is rational.”

Just got weather advisory notice that we may have up to 50 mph winds today—again—and that we may have as low as -40 degree wind chill between thurs-sun. Insane. I wish I could afford to go to the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or leave asap on a Caribbean cruise 🚢

We will never get a whole of the population to realize that the U.S. is now, or soon will be, a fascist dictatorial state.
Segments of the population will never accept it.
What is changeable are the segments who, for whatever reason, don’t think their voice matters, or are too scared to voice it.

Time for it to go.

‘Maybe DHS Was a Bad Idea’
Two decades after its founding, the department has become what its critics feared.
