Rather than UK politicians taking votes on banning X, and UK media outlets debating it - why don’t they personally take the decision to leave it? The more high profile people/outlets who abandon it because of its low ethics the bigger the impact.

It’s good to remember if you’re getting back into exercise- it all counts for mind body and soul. It can be a HiiT session at the gym, but it can also be walking (the dog), running (after the kids), or lifting (the shopping). It’s just whatever activity works for you! #wemove
