Supremely thankful that the power is still on, that we've got water stockpiled, and that we have enough wood to burn a number witches at the stake (if it comes to it).
I suppose I should also be thankful I can work remotely in my pajama pants and slippers.

It's amazing what can give you motivation to make lifestyle changes. Thought signing up for my 3rd 15k race would do it, but it wasn't until I realized I didn't fit in my sweatshirt anymore that was the nail in the coffin.
