16 hours ago i was awake. felt refreshed and ready for the day. suddenly - out of nowhere - im feeling slow and sluggish. my eyes are hard to keep open. they say "oh you're just feeling sleepy." nobody has ever called me "sleepy" before, but now seemingly everyone is saying it. who is behind this?
