I've met a crazy cat lady that drives around feeding cats and taking care of them so often that the local govt has made bills that effect essentially ONLY her. An Uber driver who warned me about "fake chili" (Skyline). A cop who didn't even ticket me for driving at 3am with no lights, damn rental

People want the industry to grow but hate seeing it grow. People complain that anime services lack content then get upset when content is consolidated.

Consolidation around the anime industry is upsetting but not new, since corpos have been acquiring studios left and right..........................but the sentence "Sony in talks to acquire Kadokawa" is such a horrifying sentence I physically recoiled. No thank you

Rocky Picture Horror Story was good, interesting. Watching it from a queer, but fairly heteronormative presenting, and mostly living experience. I really like the analogies of horror and nonstandard sexuality and how it's horrifying but you can't look away, and analogies to culture. Too much to say!
