The #biguglybill is a wealth transfer from poor —> rich.

-Food benefits cut by $100s of billions
-Medicaid cut by $800 billion
-11 million people lose health care
-Tax cuts for the rich
-Adds trillions to the deficit

Republicans will try to erase the baseline to avoid the truth.

Don’t let em.

Dying inside as I see so many good people treated so horribly everywhere I turn. Scientists hard at work in service of their country. Besieged leaders negotiating peace in service of their country. I want to vomit.

Today, my spin instructor roared:
You haven’t come this far
to only get this far

My legs faltered, tears fell
but I rose with Rage Against the Machine,
heart a drum at 104 BPM:
It starts somewhere, sometime.
Why not now? Why not us?

The revolution of wheels
The work is too important.
I won’t stop.

Ode to the many talented and brilliant federal authors who contributed so much and made the NNA what it is today, but who are unable to work on it going forward and are therefore absent from this list. Their contributions are indelible and enduring.
Follow along the authors in the former effort of the US National Nature Assessment as the effort finds a new home! Thank you @katharinehayhoe.com for creating this list!
