Oh this is so disappointing! My oldest child was hospitalized with RSV as a toddler, and that experience is largely what shaped my fear around covid when I had my youngest in June 2020. RSV can be so awful.

Great original framework for thinking about roles of tribes in policy implementation and analyst, an overlooked part of federalism. As @tess-ar.bsky.social points out, even people who *should* know about intergovernmental relationships with tribes often *don't.*
