Broke that promise. But that allowed me to make a new promise! Complete my collection of Everworld books and finish reading the series. I'm almost finished with Book 3! After I'm done I'm re-reading Animorphs. Came up with a plan to rekindle my love of reading and its working. 😊
I've had this book for 20 years. Started it dozens of times, set it down, got distracted, started over. Sitting down to read got harder with each passing year as my life/brain got more fucked. Starting it again. I'm promising myself I'll finish it by months end.

My memory from 2010ish to around 2022/23 is shredded. Disjointed fragments out of place in time and space. As a consequence, there are times I'll play a game or watch a show and even though I know I've played/watched it before it'll be brand new. Anyway, replaying Prey (2017) and enjoying it 😊
