Jersey. Regrettably a lawyer. Angry all the time. Trans rights/equality/safety are non-negotiable issues full stop. Stand by them or lose democracy.
I can't think of what would be the best Hark A Vagrant but everyone should know Kate Beaton

Part 4:

I will use every tool imaginable to make Republicans suffer. Certain Dems as well. If the people would like to see a trebuchet shoot Epstein's dearest pals into the sun I'll make it a double seater but jsyk the vast majority of passengers will be Republicans because

Yeah, right wing extremists may have taken over every position in the Republican party but they're definitely scared of doing anything unpopular. Surely the right wing extremists that have no accountability and a position of power for life will exercise that same discretion.

What I wouldn't give for a real 20th century end to the Trump/Musk feud. Bring back the classics.

So that's the damn beast slouching towards Bethlehem is it?
May 30, 2025 at 5:04 PM
This is how this guy reacted to me just pointing out that Booker doesn't rep a swing state? And it wouldn't be risky for Dems to take a stand against crypto bc it's unpopular? I honestly thought he was a bot bc of how quickly he reached for the most emotional buzzwords. Ppl weird out here.

Virginia - Mark Warner, won 2020 with 56%, three terms, vice chair of the Senate Democratic Caucus, voted for 6 Trump appts, PAR+12, D+5 state. Although his PAR is high keep in mind its from 2022, does not consider Virginian's current feelings about him. 15/
March 15, 2025 at 4:58 PM
Oregon - Jeff Merkley, won in 2020 with 56.9%, three terms, was the only senator to endorse Sanders in 2016, voted for 1 Trump appt, PAR 0, D+11 state. Like Ossoff and Markey it's questionable if a primary challenge is viable/worth fighting/would send the right message etc. 14/
March 15, 2025 at 4:58 PM
Colorado - John Hickenlooper, won in 2020 with 53.5%, voted for 10 Trump appts, PAR+8, in D+6 state. Again, without knowledge of internal Colorado politics (which is vital), Hickenlooper seems to have potential for primarying. Colorado is more blue than it seems. 13/
March 15, 2025 at 4:58 PM
Georgia - Jon Ossoff, won in 2021 with 50.6%, voted for 4 Trump appts, PAR+11, in R+7 state. As with everyone, everything depends on internal state politics/movements, but Ossoff represents a challenge to the "primary every dem philosophy." Would a primary challenge be worth it or more damaging? 12/
March 15, 2025 at 4:58 PM
Mass. - Ed Markey, won in 2020 with 66.2%, voted for 1 Trump appt., PAR -6, in D+33 state, he was the progressive choice when challenged in the 2020 primary by establishment Dem favorite Joe Kennedy. Markey was endorsed by AOC and won. 11/
March 15, 2025 at 4:58 PM
New Jersey - Cory Booker, won in 2020 by 57.2%, beat progressive challenger Lawrence Hamm (89/10), PAR -1, D+12 state, voted for 4 Trump appts, was very quiet during the budget fight past couple days. 10/
March 15, 2025 at 4:58 PM
Rhode Island - Jack Reed, won in 2020 by 66.5%, 5 terms, no primary challenge in 2020, voted for 1 Trump appt, PAR +3, D+24 state. 9/
March 15, 2025 at 4:58 PM
Delaware - Chris Coons, 2 terms, won in 2020 with 59.4%, voted to confirm 3 Trump appt's, PAR +5, D+14 state, already defeated a progressive primary challenger in 2020 (won 74/26), also important to note, internally Del. is facing threats from Musk re: its court system. Internal politics matter. 8/
March 15, 2025 at 4:58 PM
Illinois - Dick Durbin, 5 terms, voted to confirm 5 Trump appointees. PAR -6 in 2022 in a D+13 state. An accurate assessment of his replaceability requires looking into leftist orgs within Illinois, but as party leadership (Dem whip), a primary threat would send a powerful message. 7/
March 15, 2025 at 4:58 PM
New Mexico - Ben Ray Luján was elected in 2020 with 51.7% of the vote. He's served one term so far. He voted "yes" to confirm 4 Trump appointees. In 2022 his rank in popularity above replacement (PAR) was +7 in a D+7 state. 6/

My law school application gave me this gem.

"Are you the one ethnicity?"

"If yes, are you it?"

Ds are at a serious disadvantage at the polls if this cronyism is allowed to continue. It makes sense to vote for Rs when they are Immortan Joe, with sole power to turn on and off the tap at a whim. Ds may not be able to turn on the tap but obstruction is the only way to make it so Rs can't either.

How about a more accurate headline? The day the Daily Mail had more accurate reporting than Bezo's propaganda machine.

Been attracting a lot of this type a guy on here. They love to really emphasize 👏every👏 word 👏

Their activism is limited to praising Dems indiscriminately and punching left.

Look at this absolute bitch ass fuck. Dropping into a convo about how meaningful it was that Pettersen and Mullins flew to DC to vote no last night, at great personal cost, despite it still failing. Loser psyop shit. Don't do nazis work for them by preaching doomer shit.
