if you feel like your work sucks or you can't art/write/create cos it's not gonna be any good, then the best advice is just to do it to PROVE how crap it is.

What people mean when they say "AI is useless" is that every example of something that AI can do (coding, summarizing a PDF, even filtering spam emails) is something that non-LLM "AI" tech can do, or a person can be hired to do. It's a "why are you reinventing the wheel" conception of "uselessness"
