The Triangle (2016) - not the Melissa George one. It vibes very similar to The Outwaters, but less of a mind f*ck. Best FF I’ve seen in some time. Cults, mysterious disappearances, and set in the desert but none of the usual clichés.

I have a core memory of being up with my mum during the 1987 storm while my dad was out with his fire brigade team. To distract me (I was pre-school age) we played this for hours. I fully credit this game with an early love for horror, but also for my mum utterly bossing parenting.
