You open the manual for that weapon he’s holding and it will absolutely tell you not to point it at people like that. It’s only “less lethal” when handled properly. He might as well be holding a glock.

Correct. I don't go to locals much these days (it isn't always efficient testing) but when I go to OTS Championships in the 3rd largest city in the United States, it is rare that any other women are there.
