& this is what I mean when I’ve been in my group chats today saying political violence is regrettable, but this was a somewhat predictable event given the air in the US & they didn’t take anywhere near the needed precautions for the event. Sucks to be stupid playing with matches

Maybe more importantly, if you know of remote work that is hiring, I'll take any recommendations. I have ~20 years in IT/web but anything is fine at this point.
Just coming to terms with the fact that I should be on a cane most of the time now, and that's not compatible with a lot of work rn.
