Probably not a real answer, but my FC does "Frogvocation" so I have a frog glam plate ready to go at all times.

I find it funny to imagine that Teejay's hair just always sticks up the same way somehow no matter what he does. Like, bed head, wearing a helmet for hours, doesn't matter, it always springs back to the same spiky shape. While that's good in some ways, it's also impossible to intentionally style...

I haven't really changed my PLD glam since ARR (I've swapped out the weapons, not that you can see from the relic cutscene). Now, "since ARR" is only January, buuuut...

He was given his facial tattoos during a pre-ARR time where he captured by (and forced to serve) pirates.
Teejay's embarrased by/ashamed of that part of his history and took to hiding his face with a mask or helmet in public in the hopes that the masses wouldn't learn about it.

Well coincidentally, I just took this shot yesterday. I guess it qualifies as 2 or 11?
But Teejay is a very heavy sleeper and also a morning person. Once he's out, he's out, but he'll typically be the first one up.

Teejay occasionally will wear casual clothes when in public, but only in certain places. In Eorzea, he wears his armor since he sees "Warrior of Light" as a figure he must live up to, while in other places like Solution Nine it's because he doesn't think it's safe (which turned out to be right...)

If Roegadyn wasn't a choice...I guess Au Ra or Hrothgar. I've already saved appearance data for a few different player races.
At least as a Hroth I wouldn't have to redo all my glams, but otherwise I don't think they work as well on a more slender frame.

I like to think of it as...eclectic. Every item has a story or an adventure behind it (...in theory, I didn't actually think of something for every single thing I placed down).

I usually just take reference from character select or wherever has good lighting. My goal is to have a clear view of the armor/outfit rather than copying a specific pose.
Haven't had anyone else draw him so far, but I've done a few drawings of my own, including these portraits from a bit ago.
