Insane choice not to kickoff out of bounds in that situation…that’s the galaxy brain move to preserve the 2 seconds ahead of the 2 minute warning if you’re not sure your guy can get it all the way out of the back, which he didn’t.

the other thing is that no one who fetishizes manual labor actually cares to improve life for people who are in those circumstances! no support for unionization or a generous welfare state! no interest in policies that make life easier for people who work their hands or afford them more autonomy!

This is an extremely niche comment, but I’m surprised I haven’t seen anyone comment on the fact that Steven Yeun and Jeffrey Dean Morgan share a combat scene in Invincible, which is an amusing recrossing of paths given their infamous Walking Dead interaction

it remains very useful that the highlight of the modern Browns is that time they won a playoff game with their head coach home with COVID and an OL so patchwork at least one of the starters didn’t have a photo on the team roster page

Final 'consensus' overview for Rd 1 of the NFL draft. These are the most mocked selections based on the 'top' mocks in the dataset (Posted in the last month from a top graded publisher). Manual overrides listed based on player availability + data. 106 mocks in this view, 535 in the full analyzer.

Are you a Browns fan feeling like the consensus has shifted from Abdul Carter to Travis Hunter at 2? The data backs it up. Over the last month, Hunter runs ahead of Carter and has a clear lead with A graded publishers. The surge is apparent tracking over time, tho Carter leads on full time horizon.

Still dying at the fact that they’re undoubtedly going to pull multiple shots from that final round in the years to come as iconic moments in a Masters championship run and there’s also a full blown yakety sax real to that same round

Yes. If these people gave a shit about "bringing good jobs back to America," they would be fighting to improve the quality of the jobs we already have. There's nothing inherent to the work of a taxi driver or waitress that has to be less secure than a 1950s factory worker.

This is part of what’s so insane. As they talk about re-shoring and manufacturing they are actively trying to destroy an entire us manufacturing industry that already exists.
Billions of dollars in clean energy projects have been canceled since Donald Trump took office again — leaving thousands of jobs and the shift to clean energy in doubt.
A stunning number of electric vehicle, battery factories are being canceled

Updated summary of the consensus picks for Round 1 of the 2025 NFL draft based on an aggregation of 313 mocks from 2/25-4/4. As usual, where a consensus selection was already off the board, I've manually added the 'next best option' from the data set.

Maybe this is deeply beyond the point, but I have to ask…if tariffs are a de facto investment in expanding US manufacturing jobs (with “payment” in the form of severe economic consequences of said tariffs to US consumers), is it even a good investment in itself given the state of automation…?

NFL Mock Draft Analyzer showing a rapid rise for Omarion Hampton (RB-UNC) to the Broncos at 20 of late. Early mocks had showed a lot of love for Colston Loveland heading to Denver, but there's been a clear shift in consensus. Feeling confident about 2 RBs going in round 1 at this stage.

Green Bay Packers Draft Overview:
-The consensus pick at 23 for GB is Jahdae Barron, a “versatile” CB out of Texas. Barron will likely be the 3rd CB taken in the draft, assuming Hunter and Will Johnson are gone by 20, but PFF has Barron as the 7th overall prospect so this would be great value.

Some WR positional insights from the Mock Draft Analyzer:
-Four man race with McMillan clearly profiling as the top prospect, mocking as high as 4 overall and 6 more reliably
-Matthew Golden (PFF prospect no. 27) mocks all over the map but currently has a higher ADP than Burden (15) and Egbuka (19)

What are the 'surest bets' in the NFL draft based on the mock draft data?
-Mason Graham to the Jags at 5 followed by Abdul Carter to the Browns at 2
-Jeanty to the Raiders at 6
-Colts and Broncos nab the top TEs at 14 and 20, respectively
-Titans (1) and Pats (4) currently showing split tickets

I can't remember the last time I saw an article just focus on this. Not that they've bent the truth or misrepresented a few facts a little, but that every single solitary thing that the GOP says on the topic is a stone cold lie with absolutely no basis in reality.
