Today’s market recovery was just that. Folk trying to recover lost money. We are still down from a week ago. The trade conflict is still on. He has yet to announce if he is pausing his tariff plan on medication. I suspect not. Higher inflation still looms.

It will be interesting to see what Xi Jinping’s next move will be. He will hit back in some way. Just an idea that he could target American business. Example: 90% of IPhones are assembled in China. If he order those operations to stop it would crash Apple and probably the market too.

As a serious Buffett fan, I’m glad he does not align with any of Trump’s policies or philosophy. Look up the Buffett rule. Since the COVID crash, Berkshire has been stockpiling cash because he has said the storm isn’t over. Currently sitting on about $325 billion in cash last I looked.
