You would think the doctors at Walter Reed could distinguish between Alzheimer's and FTD. It's possible he demanded treatment regardless of its usefulness. Leqembi and Kisunla only slow down Alzheimer's by months though. Might be some weird thing RFK Jr recommended too for whatever Trump has.

Trump is getting Leqembi infusions at Walter Reed for Alzheimer’s Dementia. His father suffered from Alzheimer’s and Trump watched him decline. He is petrified of dying the same way. He doesn’t have mild cognitive impairment. He has moderate cognitive impairment and has for quite sometime.
