I could see an inverse of this working too. In Sacramento's midtown, the Gold Line light rail runs along Quill Alley for a few blocks, with pretty old Mansion Apartment lots backed onto it. If you kept them but replaced their garages with the 6-flat and shops at ground level, that'd be amazing.

In 2019 I lived in the bldg on the right (blue) and during covid, would pick up groceries with my bike trailer at the Wal Mart pickup on the left (orange). The lady there freaked out when I explained and insisted she could never do that

My ND still has its factory single-sided exhaust with dual, functional tips. I've thought about upgrading to the FM Hush-O-Matic tho just for the ability to adjust the volume on the fly.

There's also just buying the music outright and loading it onto an MP3 player. New ones are still made (in all price ranges) and you can even get rebuilt iPod classics like mine, which has an upgraded-capacity battery and a 1TB SSD while still playing nice with iTunes and all peripherals.

If true, at what point does the #TrumpRegime go far enough that @governor.ca.gov and other state governors do something about ICE? This is not a rogue government agency anymore. I think the spending records on small arms is proof enough that Trump is at least trying to build his own personal army.

You can see here on the bike next to it that there appears to be a hub motor mounted on the front wheel. Front-mounting the motor allows the rear drivetrain to be entirely conventional without any need to integrate or engineer around the e-assist system.
