I tried a wellness retreat and it wasn’t for me but it was gorgeous, the ladies were kind, the breathwork was wonderful, and the food was bangin’! Glad I went, I got to meet coworkers IRL after the retreat. If I learned anything is make sure you get everything you paid for and leave the $ at home!!
