We aren't lowering my anxiety meds yet and will revisit it in the Spring. I did try to go off it myself but the brain zaps was too much. My fear didn't return just that paralysis feeling making it hard to move did. Nothing worse than getting stuck crossing the street and body not listening

I still have people that blocked me on my birthday calendar. I know it was after I came out I didn't realize how anti lgbtq they were. I no longer have their contacts on my phone and don't know why I still have their birthdays on my calendar.
