The Indigenous People of North America have decided to go back to calling the Gulf of Mexico, “Chalchiuhtlicueyecatl”. It is what the Nahuatl People originally called it as it is the domain of the goddess Chalchiuhtlicue, who is assoc w/water bodies, including the Gulf of Mexico.

I honestly could not tell you how or why I have managed to avoid it for this long- I am listening to this amazingly well read audiobook, namely Wicked. It is so transparently a withering denunciation of Tr*mpism & fascism that I have trouble imagining how it got made into a stage musical. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The car on the right is my electric vehicle, an MG made in China. (sadly) Car on the left as you can see is a Chevrolet pick up truck. It completely dwarfs my car which is already the biggest car I’ve ever driven.
