'Don't sit down'.

A pretty useful rule I follow to manage my ADHD.

If I sit, I may not get up for hours. It's a thing, don't ask me how or why but I could literally just sit for hours without feeling time go by.

Now, add a couple of cats into the mix...and I'm basically fucked.
