The PJM Interconnection’s market monitor urged the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to rule that large data centers can only come online if the grid operator can still meet reliability metrics.

finally pulled off a properly slow-roasted boneless leg of lamb the other night. smothered that thing in rosemary, thyme, juniper berries, and a head's worth of minced garlic, browned on all sides, and gave it about an hour and a half at 250F. we did it, folks.

my latest bread attempt: golden buttermilk loaf. first use of buttermilk powder, butter, semolina, or egg wash in baking. definitely could have kneaded it more. the loaf's collapse aside, it came out fine.
