As for this - "Recovery is different for everyone", this is exactly the problem: #LongCOVID has NO cure & many have still not recovered after 5+ years.
Avoiding COVID is still the only sure way to avoid Long COVID.

This is a complete underestimate of the issue: wear an #N95 mask, breathe cleaner shared air indoors (ventilated/filtrated), & stay up to date with #COVID vaccinations.
