Libya’s GNU must now fulfill its ICC obligations, under UN Security Council Res. 1970 & its own Art. 12(3) declaration of ICC jurisdiction, by surrendering him & all others wanted by the ICC to The Hague

De plotselinge koerswijziging van dit demissionaire (!) kabinet roept inderdaad wel vragen op. Deze koerswijziging gaat lijnrecht in tegen breed gedragen adviezen van de commissie Roemer. Het is aan de nieuwe Tweede Kamer om het kabinet daar kritisch op te bevragen.
