I have to talk about fluoride. As a public health hygienist, most of my patients live in a food desert or choose high-carbohydrate diets because they fill the belly longer and cost less money. So their cavity risk is high. 1/1

More and more human cases are occurring, along with mutations that indicate further human adaptation.

We need to treat these cases like a warning, because that is what they are.

Community water fluoridation protects people of all ages against cavities. Studies consistently show that drinking water with a good balance of fluoride reduces cavities by least 25% in children and adults, even with widespread access to fluoride toothpaste and fluoride varnishes. #teethmatter
