Man kann die Menschen nicht gleichzeitig beunruhigen und beruhigen. Immer wieder zu sagen "die Lage ist ernst", aber "das wird für keinen etwas bedeuten und keiner wird betroffen sein", das kann nicht funktionieren. Wenn die Lage ernst ist, muss man auch ernst darüber sprechen.

Man kann die Menschen nicht gleichzeitig beunruhigen und beruhigen. Immer wieder zu sagen "die Lage ist ernst", aber "das wird für keinen etwas bedeuten und keiner wird betroffen sein", das kann nicht funktionieren. Wenn die Lage ernst ist, muss man auch ernst darüber sprechen.
