writing is such a sophisticated and varied art form that i hesitate to prescribe any immutable rules of writing, except for this one: no matter what you're writing, be it fiction, personal narrative, an academic paper, or a patent application, you should begin every paragraph with "Erm ..."

i don't mean to single out baseball fans here, because you see this in lots of fan communities, but in certain corners people talk as though baseball is real. they think all the players are real people and the stadiums are places you can actually visit. to each their own, but that cannot be healthy

Nothing to do with RPGs but I picked this zine about pirate radio/raves up the other day and I am obsessed with just how nice it is, design wise.

The fold out poster/map wraparound jacket would be sooooo nice to do for an RPG zine with an old school adventure. People please rip this off.
