Pesto egg for breakfast - tablespoon of pesto in a pan, cook the egg in it sunnyside up. Place on a piece of toast with some chevere spread 👍 My baguette is kinda skinny but it worked!

My mother's very old cat. She has severe anxiety, doesn't leave her room. Arthritis . Probably kidney disease. Is afraid of strangers. I take care of her when my mom is out of town. She mostly wants pets. Scritches. Attention. Companionship. Speaks worlds, I think. Nobody wants to be alone

Baked chicken parm with chickpea pasta. Bit lighter than the original. Justin is meh on the pasta but I like it - lower carb and lots of fiber! Texture is a little off but not enough to be a problem, IMO www.skinnytaste.com/baked-chicke...
