do people realise that “tan lip-bu” is not a mainland chinese name? his name shows that he’s southeast asian chinese (born in malaysia, to be exact)
it’s easy to tell! chinese names are spelled differently based on which country you’re from, due to dialect groups and inconsistent romanization

if you asked me how much i liked condor heroes at my first watch, i’d have said 7/10
now, on my second watch, i can emphatically say, 9/10

LOCH has some pacing issues (clearly from squeezing too much lore into 2.5 hours & censorship) but overall, very fun and entertaining watch, very moving in parts, fantastic acting & xz is INCREDIBLE
