I don't care if the Trumps or Clintons find it tough to swallow, now that their crimes are coming to a head, it's time for them all to go down together.

I had this same thought after roasting peppers for the first time last week. But the skins on my peppers were very papery and I suspect the texture would have been unpleasant in my beans stew.

I bet that's where the money to pay the military came from last month.

I looked into this. The drivers know when it’s a food pantry delivery and therefore unlikely to tip, and it’s their choice whether to take that delivery. They aren’t required to.

Also looked at Reddit and saw numerous comments like these from drivers who delivered such orders in the past.

If only AFGE was willing to hold the line. Shameful having them back down like this.

We stand in solidarity with them and urge Senate Democrats to hold the line. For us, it's about basic human decency. The fight is much bigger than us. ✊

But Congress and the public should know many DOL employees (even in the union) do not agree with him. We will burn through our savings, take loans or second jobs, and wait in line at food banks if that's what it takes to protect healthcare and other critical services for millions of Americans.

I mean this actively. We had organizers trying to get us into AFGE sending stuff to us just last week. I was planning to go print the intent card or whatever this week and turn it in. If this is how the AFGE folds then it is completely ineffective at representing anyone I know in any meaningful way.

We often disagree, but not this time. We live in a totally different country than we lived in this time last year, and the old one is never coming back. I don't anticipate secession or civil war so much as balkanization, as the federal government descends into failure/uselessness.
