In my experience LGBTQ+ art is more likely to be reported. Imagine being banned for drawing the canon couple from Owlhouse kissing. They're minors after all.
This is not overactive. Similar things have happened on other forms of social media. Tumblr is a prime example of overflagging by bad actors

Focus on child safety combined with "consent" from fictional characters (especially with animation) is a schematic nightmare. Arguments about how old a character looks/if aging them up is still underage art/if fictional character can consent will be a mess of false reports and time wasted on appeals

NSFW culture
While on the surface this seems fairly reasonable the term "consensual" is often abused. The process for determining what actually constitutes removal and what is bias or false reporting is not going to be thorough enough. It NEVER is. This is a slippery slope towards removing all NSFW

You end up chasing the normies out of the light, they're going to end up in the dark. And there's much worse things in the dark than uncensored nipples. If you push all NSFW to the fringes, the barriers of social (and legal, in relevant cases) enforcement of acceptable content are gone. Completely.

Their moderation bot was so absurdly bad that their original text post announcing the rules change got labeled as "adult content" - even though that very same post said that only images were subject to the new rules and writing would still be allowed.

let’s not forget that any random jerkass can just report you as NSFW if they decide they don’t like what you post, and there’s a good chance the automated site robots will just decide “ok seems legit” and go along with it

You don't have to post NSFW yourself for it to negatively affect you. You don't have to, because these bans are not about NSFW content, or protecting kids, or making a site safer to use.

Its ALWAYS about conservatives and agendas to push people back in the closet, and remove dissenters.

9. There is zero transparency on what actually does make a strike against your account or if you will be banned or not.

4. Queer creators on the platform have repeatedly been flagged as NSFW with no appeal, and thousands of resources that have nothing to do with sex are completely gone.

3. Appeals do not work and seemingly are never seen by real people. Once your content or account has been flagged, it is never removed and you may not even know its being hidden until trying to look from a different account.

2. The moderation filter added to auto flag NSFW posts is laughably bad, and flags anything and everything as porn seemingly at random. Actual porn gets on by fine.

Your cat? A plant? Your face? A game screenshot? It thinks those are porn though, and now that its logged as it, its always flagged.

1. NSFW of all kinds stopped being tagged out of fear of getting your account nuked. This made using the site in public near unusable, as tag filters no longer worked.

More people saw NSFW content as a result, including kids.
