This scene from DC Comics Kingdom Come is something I kinda get. Our hero J’onn J’onzz (Martian Manhunter) is broken. It makes wonder can we defeat our struggles or do we eventually succumb to them? I often ask myself this very question.

All genocide is evil. The Holocaust was horrendous beyond comprehension. And yes there have been other genocides, of course. We must never forget these facts, and we must stop what is happening right now in Gaza and in several countries where human rights abuses are now and what could happen here.

Since there’s much discussion about the Constitution lately, I figured it would be good to revisit this amazing museum and brush up on some important bits of American History. And pretend that I’m the President.

Philadelphia has their Christmas tree in place but not decorated yet. I walked by City Hall earlier. Saw this carousel 🎠. It was such a nice day outside today. 🌞❤️☮️

I planned/booked a trip almost a year ago. That trip starts in 15 days. It may be my last trip for awhile. I’m going to unplug and try to regroup. I’m being very mindful lately, not sure if I’m demure though. Anyway, I can’t wait for French pastries, chocolates, famous landmarks, and taking a break.

I’m limiting my time online. It’s hard to quit cold turkey. But I’m having a good day today and that feels nice. I treated myself to some Pho for dinner. No matter what happens, I’m going to preserve my peace.
