This is how UBI will eventually be implemented--a steady trickle of money from out-of-court settlements to class-action lawsuits for crimes committed by gigantic multinationals. Eventually YottaCorp International will find it cheaper to send everybody $1500 a month to keep us off of their backs.

Almost 40 alerts in a couple hours on a service that is usually mostly lost pets and “why are there so many police” at some neighborhood messages.
