If you are an American, this is something to learn about and make some noise about. Arguably one of the most positively impactful 1% of the federal budget, with many long-term aid projects underway, being dismantled almost overnight.
In a week where we are hearing a lot about billionaires, it's perhaps important to note that being excessively wealthy is a choice.
