I don't know if there's any person whose had a bigger influence on my youth than Ian Jackson. The illustrator of the amazing Great Searches series. Like, I would pour over these dense and elaborate illustrations for HOURS, literally. Easily one of my favorite book artists besides Stephen Gammell heh
