Whately (Tory) walks onto #BBCLauraK and is instantly crash-landing: whines about Motability (which Tories expanded), admits she’s got no idea how many people use it, gets schooled by Kuenssberg that it’s 1.1m not “millions,” then squeaks, “I was making a general point.” Absolute Tory clown parade.

The Government needs to get this back from the Tories and their friends!
Covid fraud under the Tories cost the UK taxpayer £10.9bn.

VIP lanes and crony contracts.

Lack of anti-fraud controls in Covid scheme.
Money handed out for non-existent employees
Newly formed companies got public money
No competitive tenders
Poor checks on quality.

How much would be recovered?
Covid fraud under the Tories cost the taxpayer £10.9 billion
The counter-fraud and error measures during the pandemic under the Conservative Government were accused of being 'so lax they may as well have left the door wide open'

I came off Twitter as soon as it became X,
X is a cesspit led by an unhinged billionaire who is desperately trying to stir up civil war in Britain.

Nobody with any sense or decency should be there.

No organisations, government departments, or politicians should be there.

Everyone who is, is enabling this monster.

Brexit was a disaster – now Starmer dares to admit it

People say politicians missed the opportunities, or we had bad leadership, or the EU sabotaged us…

What matters now is that an anti-#Brexit consensus helps us repair the damage.

We must never forget this - The Chancellor is having to make difficult choices, but I hope the budget will show a transfer of wealth from the rich to the poor in society. Millionaires and Billionaires should pay what they owe.
When Rachel Reeves became Chancellor, she discovered the true scale of the damage left behind by the Tories.
That’s why she is focused on fixing the foundations of our economy to make working people better off.
