#DND #5.5e With the 2024 DnD Rules, my most eclectic NPC will need to be changed. This is the NPC of elven and human parents that canonically played for the Chicago Bears.
He is now a 4th level Wood Elven Rogue with Heroic Inspiration 1/day in place of Druidcraft and has Longstrider.

I spent a lot of time this weekend poring over Strixhaven and the new 5.5e books. I am working on a place called Columbris that is not Harry Potter, but more like a 6 year Masters program. When you graduate, characters will be a minimum of level 3, most will be level 4.

I run Marvel Multiverse at home and I have the same feeling. Being an old FASERIP head, I couldn't figure out why some notable characters felt disproportionately strong or weak.
After I understood narrative powers, though, I learned to love the system and my kids love it.
