Despite what my bio says, I'm not against gaming or fapping. I'm actually on a very long break from these hobbies because... My mental health y'know. I'll come back when I can manage either productively.

It really bothers me that no Democratic president has been re-elected since 2012. Instead of voting for Kamala like normal, they just elected a felon to the White House :(

Happy birthday! I've had mental health issues, like anxiety, ADHD, and depression, since the age of six, and therapy + medication + mindfulness meditation has proven to be very helpful and useful for me. As I'm writing this, I'm feeling fine right now.
36. 🎂 I realized last night I've spent a majority of my 30s lost in a sea of depression and anxiety, grasping at any chance of happiness and hoping it would stick. There were close times, times where I thought I wouldn't make it, and here I am.

I know a couple of morons who's still using X/Twitter. One is a My Singing Monsters role player who refuses to reveal his identity while the other is a university student from my country who's a self proclaimed Misandrist.
People still using Twitter despite everything make no sense to me. 64%+ of its users are bots and you're feeding into a machine. The click-through on links is much lower there as well.

I have anxiety, depression, and PTSD too. Psychotherapy, medication and mindfulness meditation has really helped me a lot in these trying times.
I’ve suffered with PTSD for a long time. It has only been until recently that I have felt triggers loosen their grip. Which I never thought was possible. Feeling more in control, day by day. 🙏🏻
