ICE, specifically Ross, are required to render aid. Period. REQUIRED. Yes even the guy who killed her. Help was obstructed not just to the doctor. No one checked her before EMS. This was deliberate, depraved indifference.

I dont think he can mechanically "cancel the midterms" and based on his history I don't think that's the plan.
The plan is to refuse to seat or acknowledge whatever number of Democrats he needs to in order to retain control of the House.
And they can do that with, well, violence. As is their want.
