Swedish police are now pointing guns at families with children, allegedly because someone in the vicinity was "acting strangely". Well, it was just a matter of time, I guess. Sweden tends to follow in the footsteps of their beloved America where police violence is out of control.

#DN brukar numera åtminstone skriva ut namnen på litterära översättare, men i sin senaste recension lyckas Mats Almegård med konststycket att dels påtala brister i den ena översättning utan att förklara närmare, dels behandla översättarna som anonyma utövare. Översättningskritik, någon?
