The Southwest Collection at Texas Tech University describes, preserves, and makes accessible to scholars and the general public archival collections of regional, national, and international significance.
Aug 2008-Apr 2009, the SWC/SCL hosted 'Medieval Southwest: Manifestations of the Old World in the New,' an exhibit of artifacts tied to the South Plains, including a 16th-cent. dagger found at the former Coca-Cola factory.

EXCEL SPREADSHEET, 1919 EDITION

This ledger comes from the Texas and Pacific Coal Company Records. The company was formed in 1888 by Colonel Robert Dickie Hunter, who also formed the company town of Thurber, TX.
