I’m kinda surprised to say it, but I think Skate might end up on my top ten list for 2025, if only because it has been the one of the most “it’s late and I just want to chill a bit” games I’ve played in some time.
Flaws aside, the bones are solid. Hope it keeps getting better.

Today, ProPublica revealed that another woman died in a preventable death due to Texas’s extreme abortion ban. Tierra Walker—a 37-year-old mother from San Antonio—was denied lifesaving emergency abortion care.

We gotta get back to calling our representatives tomorrow with 5calls.org, for this and everything else that’s happening right now 💀

Because it cleared hurdles, yes, but support for this is shaky (even for some Republicans) and with enough continued outrage we CAN sink this ridiculous proposal!
“The rule, as reportedly rewritten by Senate Commerce Chair Ted Cruz in an attempt to comply with budgetary rules, would withhold federal broadband funding from states if they try to enforce AI regulations in the next 10 years.”

Do as @sanders.senate.gov says and vote today if you are in Wisconsin or in Florida’s 6th Congressional District!

Take the time to vote because you can single handedly slow down (if not outright stop) the nonsense that is occurring with your vote!

Vote vote! 🙌🙌🙌🙌

I’ve still never come to terms with SCAD allowing its interior design group to cover an entire wall with Monopoly memorabilia, when everyone in the game design major, in the very building they built this in, could write an essay about how it’s an absolutely shit game and a co-opted capitalist scam.
