Yeah, I was thinking this yesterday. There was so much emphasis on ensuring that non-urban people didn't feel looked down upon that there wasn't a defense of cities as a place to live. One in 27 Americans lives in the LA metro area! Nearly twice as many as Indiana!

The feds attacked a car wash, abducted people who have legal status, and their boss can’t find them to HELP them because he has no idea where they are.

Other than finishing the fucking thing, my favorite part of the marathon was two finishers - one running with an Israeli flag in a batman costume to honor the Beibas kids and one running with a Palestinian flag - taking a post-race photo together for peace and human rights for all. I teared up.
