Just look at those tufty ears! Our Cocoa is either part red squirrel, part lynx, or maybe has some Maine Coon genes? She's a petite little thing, so not sure about the Maine Coon connection. She is as sweet as she looks!

Well Peeps- Here I am at Heathrow London, getting ready to fly international to Tucson via Atlanta. I will be stateside for a month, enjoying warm sunny weather, lots of Mexican food, and yelling at the TV with my Mom!

Here is what I think is so sweet...when cats knead, we know they are "remembering" being kittens. And I think it is just beyond sweet that a 16- year old cat like Cocoa is still going back to her kittenhood when she feels safe and relaxed ( on my lap!)

People keep posting all these magnificent owl photos that they're captured - great grey owl, boreal owl, barn owl, Siberian eagle owl. Well, I had a great Horned owl on my bed this morning. No really, it's an owl!

A gay guy, a Black man, and a woman walk into a flight deck— that’s not the beginning of a joke, but just a regular day at work! There was so much DEI on this plane that we could hardly get in the air. Luckily my limp wrists were able to wrestle the heavy jet back to the ground 💅🏼

Would you ever believe these two (Iris/Cocoa) are ages 18 and 16? We got them from Cats Protection last July, and they have brought us such joy. Think about adopting older cats! They make EXCELLENT pets. Very low- maintenance as they sleep a lot and mostly just want to sit in your lap and purr!

This is, if there even IS a next Dem President. If there are ANY more Presidents. I think I am looking at the destruction of America, and everyone, Dems, Reps, mainstream media and all are just shuffling, sleepwalking right into it.
Likely the next Dem President will have to resurrect the American dream from ashes. 😧

In memory of our beautiful Tigerlily, whom we lost last June. She was the only "smart" cat I have ever had
( I know they come smart, but I mostly get the softy- heads.) A real character, and Scott and I still miss her! She was a very special cat.
