So for my class, every lecture I'm choosing a pretty space photo to show the class as students enter, so want to share them! Here's a stunning photo of star cluster Liller 1, located 40,000 light years away from Earth. Today we covered the different properties of stars, so it was a good fit. 🤩

Ideologues are often very fond of engineering: they love their shiny toys. But they hate and fear science, because honest inquiry into the fundamental nature of reality is anathema to those who believe they already know all the answers. 🧪

Great point - credit to The Bulwark - Trump/Muskrats likely will not disobey the judiciary on something as unpopular as dismantling USAID. But if there is a left-leaning judge who overreaches with a ruling on something that's popular with the base, they will flaunt the disobedience with less outcry.
USAID isn’t just foreign aid—it’s a powerful tool for America’s security, influence, and values. Cutting it weakens us while empowering our adversaries. I’ve seen its impact firsthand. Watch my video and share with those who care about America’s future. 🇺🇸👇
