Just going through my stream of consciousness

It’s okay, I find myself funny enough for all of us.
People undervaluing the worth of knowledgeable and trained staff in call centres and customer service roles ?

What a shocking turn of events.

These are the jobs that are the first to be suggested for AI to take over.

Everyone wants good customer service, just no one wants to pay for it.

Just soft and full of feelings.
November 23, 2025 at 4:30 AM
Somewhere along the line, I stopped reaching out to people and just stopped trying and I don’t really know how to get that back.
I also don’t know if it’s okay to reach out to people you haven’t spoken to forever but once was one of your favourite people but time changes things.

I just don’t know

Someone at work said to me the other day when did I get soft.

Which is odd, because I am very clearly soft and full of feelings.

So, so many feelings.

I think I need to sit with this show a little bit.

The fb memory feature just slaps you in the face sometimes.

I had some posts from last year when Frank was at the vet in ICU, when I had spent the previous day with Winnie in the vet.

And, it’s coming up to a year and it’s just a lot.

I just knew the best friend character was going to be in love with Zooey and ugh.

It brought it down for me.

Should I give it credit that it won’t be a hackney trope?

Zoey needs a friend and a rock.
She doesn’t need to be boyfriend zoned by this dude.

I’m iffy on the singing as a whole, but Peter Gallagher singing True Colours was a great emotional beat.

It’s a good contrast to the big musical numbers.

This is not the mindless entertainment I thought it would be.

I was not expecting it to make me cry.
But here we are.
November 23, 2025 at 4:11 AM
I appreciate that they have spoken about being good at your job doesn’t mean you’ll be a good manager.

That’s good life advice that more people should take
November 23, 2025 at 4:05 AM
Is this a show about the ways in which grief and happens and how we process it and what music means to that?
November 23, 2025 at 4:02 AM
Holy fuck.

I was not expecting a plot line about sharing about a father that is dying and a father that died about suicide.

It was very upfront with it.

Alex Newell as the magical guide into music and expressions is a take I’m less sure on.

Though, it is giving Titus in unbreakable jimmy schmidt

There is something about that thus far all the songs sung have been depressing.

All by myself. Help. It’s a mad world.

Which is fascinating.
November 23, 2025 at 3:54 AM
There are different levels of quality of singing and I don’t know how I feel about it.

It’s been a bit flat thus far.

Let’s see what Tony award winner Alex Newell magic will make.

Thus far this a terrifying insight to my brain…

Yes, my first issue with this show about breaking out into song is the MRI volume.
November 23, 2025 at 3:44 AM
She is getting an MRI because her mum said so?

That’s crazy.

I need an MRI on my wrist and I’ve told a doctor that and there were like no.

Also not how MRI’s work.
They are so so loud.
I’ve never had a choice to listen to music
November 23, 2025 at 3:43 AM
Oh my god.
Christopher Pelant from Bones is in this.

Which is the only thing I’ve seen in him and it will take a moment to adjust to him not being a serial killer.
November 23, 2025 at 3:41 AM
Alex Newell saying Wham! Needs to be listened to loud is correct and a good start.
November 23, 2025 at 3:39 AM
I’m gonna start watching Zoe’s Extraordinary Playlist.

I haven’t watched it before.

Perhaps because my dream is to be in a musical and I would sabotage an MRI machine to make it happen.

I’m not good with making up names and screen names but the joy that changing my profile name to Elyse Navidad brings is immeasurable.

I watched the clip for C’mon Aussie C’mon thr other day.

Wild to see them play in their button up shirts

I also learnt there are verses

It’s nice that the men’s Ashes is now a multi format series.

This first T20 is really something else.
