Did you know a lot of very common "weeds" like dandelion are actually not only edible but nutritious? Just make sure you forage somewhere NOT horrifically polluted (like right next to busy roads) or treated with pesticide/herbicide. 👍✨

1/ One "interesting" side effect of therapy is I'm dissociating less and thus am more "in"my body. This is overall a positive, but one challenge is it means I'm now a lot more aware of all the constant aches etc from my chronic pain condition that had been going unnoticed.

Our solution to fascism in red states can't be to just tell disenfranchised people to move. We are asking our friends to abandon their homes and places of origin when many do not have the privilege to flee. We need to put as much effort into the fight as we do into telling them to start packing
