BIG NEWS: A federal court in the Milligan case is tired of the Alabama leg's refusal to draw a map that contains a 2nd majority Black district—even though the Alabama leg has been told time and again—so the map is out of the leg's hands and a special master and cartographer will draw it.

So if I feel that open carrying of a firearm is critical to my safety, it would be illegal to travel from CO where it is not legal, to Kansas, where it is, although it'd be legal for everybody else in Kansas to do so and our country does not unreasonably restrict interstate travel. Deeply alarming.

I believe the empirical evidence is out yet, but anecdotally, yes, adding methylated Bs to my life amounted to a notable improvement in quality of life. I was so. tired.
I have to get methylated vitamins, because I have the MTHFR gene mutation. I never would have believed it makes that much of a difference if I didn’t feel it!
