They knew they were getting arrested just for being LGBTQ+.
Yet... they're still here, standing outside of the boarded up Stonewall Inn, smiling as the world was at a fever pitch of hatred against them.
I think about it a lot in moments like this.

I feel the swelling of emotions as night time hits - I'm fighting with my thoughts, and I feel the spiral setting in again. The constant thought of "everyone is" keeps me feeling guilty to try and reach out or feel sad anymore. Invalidating my own damn self after trauma, I'll break this cycle..

It's late nights that have me worried I do too much or not enough. I just want to be enough in all aspects, I just want others to see the potential I carry and how strong I am capable of being inside if I'm allowed to be. Too small, too fragile, too weak, too sensitive, or explosive </3.
